Update (May 20) A new round of NHC one-day qualifiers will begin in June. Contests will be held on Saturday, June 1st, 8th and 23rd. These will be $165 per entry with up to FIVE (5) NHC spots awarded per contest. Players may purchase up to two entries per contest. Qualifiers also receive a $500 travel allowance and a four night stay at Treasure Island. Entries will open on May 22nd for the first June events. Thank you for participating.

NHC TOUR NOTE: Please be advised that a new 2013 NHC TOUR membership is required to participate in all NHC events. The 2013 NHC Tour is a one-time $50 fee and may be paid at http://www.ntra.com/en/nhc/become-a-member/.

Welcome to the Official Online Qualifying Site for the Daily Racing Form/NTRA National Handicapping Championship (NHC).

This site offers players the chance to qualify to the Daily Racing Form/NTRA National Handicapping Championship (NHC), the preeminent, industry-recognized Championship of tournament horse-playing. There were 475 players participating in the NHC Finals conducted at Treasure Island in Las Vegas on January 25-26, 2013. A total of $1.5 million in prize money was awarded by the NTRA, plus an additional $250,000 in NHC TOUR prize money.

Entry fees for NHCQualify.com contests vary depending on the format of contests being conducted. See the How to Play section for more information on the format of the contests. It is important for players to get acquainted with contest play and official rules before participating in NHCQualify contests. For the 2013 Championship, a total of 121 players earned their spot via the NHC’s Official Online Qualifying Site, NHCQualify.com. A total of $756,000 in prize money was paid to the NTRA from our site last year.
